Based on the structural properties and test methods, this standard was developed. This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for commercial vehicle and trailer braking systems. Law; applicable to the class, M3 and N motor vehicles and class 0 specified in GB/T189
Trailer: the standard does not apply to the following vehicles:
(1) vehicles with a speed of no more than 25km/h
(2) A trailer that cannot be attached to a motor vehicle designed to have a speed of more than 25 knvh.
